Spring Training Base

Owners were friendly and communicated well. We were there for spring training games.Quiet area. House was base for our trips out to various ball parks.Nice size house for our big group of 8.Nice outside patio area. Need new sheets for all beds. Sheets on one bed stained and had hair.... seemed like it was not changed. Host responded but kinda late as was already half our stay. Master bedroom bathroom need fixing as the master show had wall paper inside to hide problems and tap on glass door was falling off. Would have liked to park car in garage but had no access to garage so we had to unload every evening our sports equipment. Need new window coverings as the curtains were a patchwork.

2523 Quail Track, Peoria

Nice house. Good location. Lots of common space. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the early mornings and in the evening. Special treat was the full moon, fully visible from the back porch and MSBR window. Garage was not available. We wish we could have used it to keep the car(s) cooler in the daytime. The driveway accommodates 2 cars only. Cars are not allowed to remain over night on the street. We hope we can use this house again when visiting family nearby.

Arizona get away

This home was a great place for my small family stay for the weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. The area was very quiet and away from the hustle and of the city. I have stayed at hotels in the past but I chose to stay in a house because I needed to accommodate my family. This was a great option for us. The home was very clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I visit my family in Arizona in the near future.

Decent Property

The stay was nice and everything was clean. It has plenty of space. The decor was minimal and slightly tacky but it worked. 1 bed was comfortable, and the other 2 we slept on were not great. There was a hot tub but the owner stated it wasnt working properly and was having someone come work on it, so we never tried it. Over all it served its purpose and we had a great time and it was a nice stay.

Clean and spacious!

Very nice property. We all had our own bedrooms and our own bathroom sinks since each bathroom had two sinks. The beds were comfy and the patio was nice to sit on. The neighborhood was very nice and you could take a short trail to the coffee shop which had many yummy pastries and good coffee. We enjoyed our stay!
