Everything about this place is perfect. Close to downtown and Train stops. Beds were comfortable and the yard area was perfect for relaxing outside. We had 10 with us 5 moms 5 pre teens and teens. Bedding worked but a bit squishy if you guests are bigger than kids and you want all the sleeping occupancy it offers. But other than that it was fantastic great communication and hospitality with the host they left cute little extras to make the stay better earplugs were the best and sleep masks. Will most likely book again next year when we come back for competitions.
