The room was clean, although there were not enough towels for the 4 people staying in the room. That was easily corrected at the front desk. Staff was very friendly. We were surprised that there wasn't a safe in the room. Only real issue was the shower curtain was too short for the shower stream. After a water issue the first morning, we redirected the shower flow towards the wall. The bathtub spout is also very loose.

I do like the Home2 suites hotels - this one was great location! King suite was huge - only negative was the sofa bed mattress was so bad its unusable. we used cushions instead of mattress!

The staff at the front desk was great. The first room we were assigned had a broken AC unit and a big fan blowing so we asked to change rooms. The hotel was very full for a convention but they did switch us to another room without complaining. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to multiple restaurants from there.
