We didn’t have access to hotel room key until the last day of the trip. Hassle up and down many times having to use staff fob. Breakfast was usually cold, out of juice, omelets were very hard and crusty. Front desk staff was overall not helpful and seemed disinterested.

Every staff member was very friendly and ghe room was nice. The only downside is that its not really close to anything. To get food you have to either walk 20 min or get an uber/lyft/waymo.
