I booked this hotel last minute- as we were coming into town for a concert at the Arizona Financial Theater. We stayed for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. Brad at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and nice. We were glad to see him throughout our stay. The breakfast offered had some items you dont find elsewhere- soy milk, greek yogurt, and a coffee machine that grinds per cup! The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the free, close parking and the convenient proximity to our venue and also the freeways to get anywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely choose this hotel in the future!

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I was disappointed on the location. The hotel is located infront of a park where the homeless congregate. Although the property looks like it's been renovated I would not stay again only because of where it's located.
