We checked in late in the day and after unpacking, we discovered the room had no security lock. Desk clerk had no other rooms, and husband did not sleep as we did not feel safe. We put chair/luggage/etc in front of door. Expedia and manager did nothing to compensate us for a terrible night of no rest and we had 540 miles to go next day. The breakfast was horrible— had only 3 sad little cartons of yogurt, had pre baked biscuits to be reheated in microwave, no fresh fruit, very sad indeed. I will NEVER stay at this place again. Room was totally unsafe with no secure lock on the door. This should be investigated as it is a safety issue.
