The house itself was fine, and the renovations were done well. It was minimalist, tidy, and overall comfortable. However, the cleaning details could have been better. There were stray hairs throughout the floors, which made it seem like the vacuuming hadn’t been done thoroughly before our stay.The surrounding area was a completely different experience. While the location is close and convenient to the airport, this is not a part of town where we felt comfortable, especially traveling with children. None of the reviews we read beforehand mentioned concerns about the area, so this came as a surprise to us.During our stay, my husband was approached multiple times while pumping gas by individuals asking for money, and there appeared to be a significant homeless/drug presence nearby. Additionally, the neighbors hosted a very loud party with music blasting from around 5:00 PM until nearly 3:00 AM, along with fireworks late into the night.If you are traveling without kids and only need a quick stay near the airport, this property may work for you. However, for families, we personally would not choose to stay in this area again.

We did a family stay for 5 nights for an event at the convention center. The location was great. Beds were super comfortable and the home was very clean. Everything we needed was in abundance from towels to coffee. I absolutely appreciated the owners flexibility when we needed to add an extra day to our original dates. We will definitely be staying again for future events.
