Room 208 was clean but apparently was undergoing renovation. The floor between the the bathroom and the sink was chipped and dangerous. The shower dripped. Drapes were falling off the rod.

There was no hot water for our entire stay, the grounds were dirty and the matresses stained. There were homeless everywhere making it unsafe to be out alone at night. The staff however were very kind and professional.

Hotel was in a sketchy area, homeless all over. Zero hot water. No comforter on bed and room was in serious need of a remodel.

Our initial room had mold in tge bathroom. When requesting a different room, the hotel was able to accommodate us the next day. The breakfast bar had good variety. Would we stay there again knowing what we know about the cleanliness and location of the hotel. Not likely.

overall, the staff was really nice, but the cleanliness aspect was severely missed. There were loose strands of hair on the bathroom walls and unclean bathtub. There was dust coming out of the bathroom fan falling onto the floor and toilet and saw two dead cockroaches on bathroom floor. Bathroom mirror, counter & sink had not been wiped off or cleaned in who knows how long. The back stairwell of the building were covered in bird feces and cigarette butts. The computer chair in the room was broken and unstable and multiple outlets did not work
