For the price,we were very disappointed in the breakfast.We have had better breakfast in lower end hotels.Also,we do not like the trend in hotels,not ever coming in to clean or fix our bed.If ever in the area again,this hotel would not be my choice.

My sister in laws and I spent one night here for our Girls Night Out...Waiting to Exhale edition....when I tell you a time was had....it is the truth..Home 2 Suites made sure we had everything we needed...the fire pit out side was amazing ..the staff wonderful...and attentive..the property spotless...location great..

Booked with Expedia, Paid for and extra day to get early check in when arrive they said that we can't stay there our room was taken. after paid up-front cover Paid $70.000 plus dollars they couldn't even give us a room to stay they said sorry call Expedia. Not the way you treat your customers. I will never stay there very rude to us . Well they got there money they don't care. Don't stay there ever:(

Repeat offenses

Stay was going well until last day when we saw a sign for a $10 parking fee per night. No other notice other than a small sign. Also hotel puts a $200 hold on credit card for incidentals but has no bar or restaurant. They should say what it really is for. Sketchy people staying there doing damage.

Our 1 room was not very clean in the bathroom. Guess that the guest before us shaved. Good thing I always bring my mini vac and lysol wipes for the bathroom. Our 2nd room the kids used the sofa bed and there were crumbs when we opened it it. Again broke out the mini vac. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Very Satisfied

Staff were very polite and very personable. Our room was quiet and the mattress firm. As a result, we slept very well. In addition, the room had a kitchen, a sofa with ottoman, two desks, shelves, and drawers which added to the pleasure of our stay. The free breakfast was much appreciated as well. All in all, we were very satisfied with the hotel and our room.

After a long day of traveling, we showed up at the hotel at 8:50pm, ready for bed. I had pre-booked weeks in advance knowing this would be our stop before going to Philadelphia the next morning. When we arrived, there were a lot of people waiting with their baggage in the lobby, not looking very happy. I waited in a small line of unhappy customers and when I got up to the desk, was given my room keys and was told I was all set. When we got to our room, it hasn’t been cleaned. The pulls out sofa was out, all of the beds were mussed, the bathroom had towels all over the floor. It wasn’t just a few stray hairs here or there, no one had been in this room to clean it since the last people had stayed there. My elderly father, my teenager and I dragged all our stuff back downstairs in hopes of getting another, clean room. We were told it would take an hour to get a room since that was what everyone else in the lobby was there for. In my opinion, it’s just unacceptable. Check in was at 3pm. They knew I was coming and had almost extra 6 hours to have a room cleaned and ready for my arrival. The staff were frazzled and no apologies or discounts were offered for my over an hour wait for a room after an already tiring day. It was well after 10pm when I finally got back to the room that had previously been unclean. It was hard to get over the fact that there might not actually be clean sheets or that the tub was clean because they were rushing to get me a room. The staff eventually apolog

Terrible!! Dangerous hotel!

They canceled our reservation and told us the same night we were arriving at 9 PM!! Left us without a hotel room with three kids at 2 AM when we arrived in PHL. Very dangerous.

Good stay, although it was only one night. Close proximity to Philadelphia international airport. Staff was good although I would encourage them to get off of their phones when dealing with customers. Otherwise it was all good.
