I booked a room with two queen beds. I specifically passed over other accommodations in the area because they advertised double beds rather than queen beds. And, on arriving here, I found double beds. The hotel should not advertise these as queen size. I would not have booked this room had I known the beds were this small.

Room was dirty, bathroom shower was missing hardware. Sink had no stopper. No bed skirts, and lining of box spring was detached a touching the floor. Dishwasher smelled like a mouse died in it. Also, room was noisy. Maybe some WD40 to fix the squeaks that kept me up all night

Kitchenette area wasn’t cleaned well (crumbs on the floor along the cabinet edges and dishwasher), but the at least bathroom and the rest of the room was clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a very basic continental breakfast.

The laundry service was a huge help! A deal-breaker! Also the staff was friendly and the housekeeping was EXCELLENT! We asked for housekeeping each day and they really did a great job having clean linens and cleaning the rooms. I liked having a normal-sized fridge — we took advantage of that. We’ve bounced around from hotel to hotel over the years and found this one through my nephew’s referral. We’ll stay here again!

This is a dog-friendly establishment: which means you may hear dogs yelping from adjoining rooms, and elevators that smell from dogs. One of two elevators was out of service for the three days we visited.

Room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was good. Pillows were THE WORST. Non-supportive, both the feather and whatever the horrible other ones were. I won't willingly subject myself to this again. And the sheets were lousy too.
