The advertising of dining & pool - what’s on the website to what’s described at check-in and what’s on the television within the rooms are all different. The shuttle services not being available was a disappointment. The services were only available during the morning and earlier evening. All in all we had wonderful stay.

The hotel had a big room. We stayed on the second floor, in a King bed and sofa bed bedroom. Bathroom was very big also. The room view was the parking lot but it was very quiet. Pool area is nice. The room was not super clean, you could see some spots in the bathroom corners. The carpet smelled a little. Bathroom was very big with 2 sinks but the bar for the hand towels was on top of the toilette far from the sinks and had just one towel hook by the shower. So after the shower there were no place to hang towels. or to place wet clothes after the pool.

Clean rooms, attentive and friend staff. They have any request we made covered within minutes. The pool and gym were clean and well equipped. Only thing I could add is to have towels available poolside. The breakfast options were good, healthy and delicious. Thank you again Sheraton Hotel for your hospitality. From my family to yours.
