There was rust in the tub and on the shower walls. Water pressure in bathroom sink was the smallest stream ever. There is a vent in the shower that’s visible and you can see all of the dirt and debris. Lighting was terrible, lamp was missing a bulb. I booked 2 days only stayed for 1 due to being unsatisfied. If you need somewhere to sleep really quick or airport needs that’s it. Will not be booking here again. Thank you Expedia for getting my refund!

For being a hotel so close to the airport and also being expensive this was disgusting the bathroom walls had black mold the ceiling wall in the sleeping area had mold I don’t know how they can’t fix or keep these rooms nice and clean for what they are charging for them I don’t recommend anyone staying here

I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions and the Double Tree has always been high quality. The Bed and Pillows are always comfortable. However, this experience was not the best. Remote to TV did not work and the room walls had stains on them and the room smelled like Mildew. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton brand.

The room wasn’t what I was expecting for it to be a doubletree hotel. Mold in the bathroom. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. It wasn’t dirty, but you could tell whoever cleaning it didn’t try their best. The lotion, shampoo & conditioner containers barely had anything in it. I just had a little better expectations from them. & also bar was closed way earlier.

After a nightmare in another hotel ended up here the staff made me feel so welcome and the room looked and smell so so clean I cried when taking a shower on the cleanest bathroom, next morning the breakfast was restaurant quality and see 3 cleaning ladies cleaning each room at the same time. I would stay again and recommend to others in a heartbeat

There was literal poop stains on the sheets and a ton of damage on the wall. I was convinced that we could just deal with it from the pictures and that we weren’t picky, but I cannot recommend enough to not go to this specific Hilton. It is gross.

Service was excellent. Lobby & restaurants were impressively decorated, however, the rooms are very run down and just the hotel in general… like putting lipstick on a pig. Room had mold in it, ceilings were cracked, just was pretty gross like a motel. Very below what I would think Hilton’s standards would be. Airport shuttle was convenient though.. it won’t take you anywhere else which I thought sucked especially since nothing is in walking distance nearby.

First thing the carpet was dirty and stained it was like a stain you can take off I knew it was there and also when you go to the shower it was very little body soap and a bottle and very little shampoo for four people staying in the room it was me my wife and my two kids
