I WENT A FULL DAY & GALF WITHOUT HEAT IN MY ROOM THEN WAS SWITCHED AT 5pm THE NEXT DAY I CALLED BEFORE I BOOKED TO INSURE THAT THE POOL WAS WORKING UNPON MY ARRIVAL I Was Not NOTIFIED THAT THE POOL WASN’T WORKIN THAT WAS THE SOUL REASON FOT BOOKING WITH YOU GUYS WE WE WERRE CHARGED FOR PARKING AND THERE WASNT ANY PARKING AVAILABLE AFTER A CERTAIN TIME THE OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE
