No one was at the front desk when I arrived and there was a line of people waiting. Found hair and spots of blood on sheets. When I notified staff they just switched my room staying maintenance workers only worked during morning hours.

The dining area was not clean. Baseboards and cabinets needed cleaning cups are not clean and the hours are not great. Breakfast should be until 11 AM and your coffee bar should be open until noon. It would also be nice if the shuttle offered service to the city area.

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all. Check in time was 4 pm., but then they changed it to 5 pm. The lobby was full of people waiting for a room. This is a Hilton property I frequent to visit a friend in Philly. This property is never a disappointment. The hotel is always clean and inviting despite it being crowded. The room was immaculate and was cleaned while we were there. The staff is always friendly, professional, and courteous. There is one person that provided superior customer service and her name is Tarya. She answered all inquiries and provided information to all the registering guests. Despite their attitude, she kept a professional and kind demeanor. She is very knowledgeable and provided just a friendly smile even as a range of guests came throughout a sold-out weekend. I highly recommend that she be promoted or at least be a customer service manager as she knows how to provide the customer service that ALL hotel organizations need to learn, even at other Hilton hotels. The only negative issue I had was the food. It was ok. We were there only for the breakfast buffet. All of the food was decent except the eggs. They were scrambled too hard almost to the point of being inedible. Other than that, this hotel continues to thrive and needs to be rewarded for the astounding customer service your staff continues to provide us customers. I definitely will stay again at my next Philly visit. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The room smelled of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet and a dry vac was left in the room. There were no towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. The linen was dirty. We stayed two nights and not one time did we receive room service. Not one time. Pool was dirty and there were not clean towels. Only dirty towels stacked in a chair...at 8:00 am in the morning. Called front desk for a manager twice, but went to voicemail and mailbox was full and could not leave a message. I feel cheated out of my money!!!

DON’T STAY HERE
I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Took us an 1 hour and 30 minutes to check in. The Pictures don’t match the website. The rooms are very old. Room services doesn’t come clean room or take collect trash. Trash was in the hallway outside rooms.

I liked its convenience to the airport. I had an early flight out and it took almost no time to return my rental car and be at my gate for my flight. What I did not like was how outdated the entire facility was and its cleanliness. The showers just felt dirty and clothed shower liner just seemed overall unsanitary. It also was very annoying to deal with the parking as you had to routinely t stop by the front desk to get your tickets validated, something they even seemed annoyed with after a while because they decided to just keep the gate up. Overall very disappointed in the doubletree which is usually a brand I go with for hotel choices.
