We were given the address but not the unit number and waited two hours to get the unit number on arrival. We had to guess which unit was ours due to lack of instruction we had requested three double beds told that two singles could be pushed together once this was done the amount of rubbish and filth underneath the beds was disappointing. The swimming pool looked like a duck pond. There was no water not able to use it although it says there’s a pool on there there’s no photos so be aware still sorry cleaners haven’t kept up with maintenance. It was neat and tidy but definitely not clean. Lack of stock of toilet paper in bathrooms cigarette butts outside everywhere we were told there was spare blankets and when we pulled them out they were mouldy
