Very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The sofa bed was in terrible sanitary condition, the bedding was dirty, and the carpet was extremely filthy. Basic housekeeping standards were not met, which is unacceptable for a large chain hotel.

My recent stay was extremely disappointing due to the poor cleanliness of the room. The overall condition was far below what I would expect from a large chain hotel. The sofa bed was in a terrible sanitary state, and the bedding provided was visibly dirty, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. The carpet throughout the room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned in some time. Basic housekeeping standards were not met, and the room did not feel properly maintained at all. For a property representing a major hotel chain, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable.

The manager refuse to agree on a refund when I had to cancel my reservation even if my car radiator broke on the road... Expedia did their best... not the hotel manager. . He don’t even know how many times I use an hotel in Pahrump with my customers every weeks... He put my fund in his pocket... but lost big... Murphy’s law...

That was the worst stay I’ve had in a while. First, the room numbers were so small you couldn’t even see them coming in at night. The room had a terrible chemical smell, and the toilet leaked, which caused it to make loud noises every 30 minutes or so all night long. Also, other guests came in very loudly all night long. However, the staff in the morning was very nice, and the breakfast was ok.

I requested two connecting rooms when booking due to traveling with my four children. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the front desk refused to accommodate this request. The hotel was also very dirty—I had to wipe down the bathroom floor with tissues just to step out of the shower. We travel to Pahrump bi-monthly, and I will not be staying here again.

We had too change the room thrice coz of no hot water and small room even when paid for a big one. Lastly when we were given one we had no water coming up in the new one, due to which we missed our tour. This was really inconvenient and disappointing. They just kept saying out manager did not came in today when we asked to meet her. They are not helpful and were super negligible towards complaints.
