The reviews i read online were pretty true. Location couldn't be better. You actually ealk out your roo. Cross the street and you can touch the water. But the rooms are lack luster and could be better regardless of price. can touch the water.

I had high hopes for our stay. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and no USB or air conditioner in room. very old outdated decor and furniture. Way too expensive for what you get. Very sad

Basic room for almost 400$ a night. Hospitable staff. Room 201 is way too loud and bright, maybe some double pane window and black out curtain would be nice. Nice location, 20m walk to aquarium and 25m to our favorite restaurant, the Sardine factory. There are EV chargers on site, but not enforced by the staff so non-EV cars park there the majority of the time we were there, kind of defeats their purpose. Learned out lesson and will try booking room earlier next time so we don’t have to be stuck with this as our only option.

Price too high for this type of motel

Location was the reason we stayed at this motel. But for $315 a night, it was less than desirable. Old carpet, old fixtures, old lenoleum bathroom floor that has wax on it, and we were sliding all over, even with a tub towel on the floor. (Safety hazard). Batteries to the remote ran out, no water available. This place needs a serious upgrade to be remotely considered half way modernized.
