The staff in the early few day of my stay was a bit cold and judgmental, giving short answer or staring and not answering when I asked a question (in Japanese). But a few of the other staff towards the end of my stay was nice and helpful. The room I was in, on the first day, had long curly hair on the bed, showers, IN the bed, and floors. The walls were thin and I kept hearing banging on the wall at night. The location was nice, easy walks to popular locations and strip. The cleaning service was a bit confusing. Overall I wish I could give this place a better rating.

Room was clean and great location. It was a nice quiet space to rest after a long day of exploring. The staff was also so polite in greeting us every time we came in. And they were great in accommodating my request for extra pillows as I’m pregnant and needed some back support. We had paid breakfast and it was great variety and delicious! Definitely would stay here again!
