Really happy we stayed here. It was probably the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip in Japan. Room was spacious compared to everywhere else that we stayed. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom. Well located not far from Dotonbori area and not far from a metro stop. Also, was very close to a Yamato Transport store to ship our luggage to next destination. Would definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased with the hotel and the cleanliness overall. Considering the price point it won't be 100% perfect. I did not purchase the breakfast but apparently it's good. I would purchase it before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were moderate size but nothing special. It had good access to the subway if you can walk a little bit. Restaurants are all over the place anywhere you go.

This hotel was just "ok" for the 2 nights we stayed in Osaka. The room was clean, the queen bed we had wasn't comfortable and it was quite small. My husband and I are tall people so it was a tight fit. Location was fine, it was a bit far from the subways but walkable, laundry machines worked well on site, only thing I didn't like was that the weekend I stayed there they didn't have room cleaning available only towel service.
