Hotel is very well located in the Namba area with easy access to the train station. Room is not very large but well appointed and comfortable. Main issue is the lack of hooks in the room and bathroom (can't even hang our towels!)

Please clean your air filters. There is dust flying everywhere and all of your room vents are full of dust Many room outlets were not working The drier was not functioning properly. Asking front desk didnt help. Had to figure iut a fix ourselves. Please clean the inner lint trap Please clean your carpets. Its a nice hotel with many great services. But our room and hallways were full of stains Please be considerate of customer diets other than meat eaters. Offering bread/doughnuts and salad in the morning is not justifying for how much is charged per adult

Hotel Keihan Namba Grande was an incredible stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests. The hotel is steps away to shopping, restaurants and Namba Station. There is a Lawsons conveniently next door! 10/10 would definitely stay here again

It wad such a lovely stay in this beautiful hot. Conveniently located in just 10 min walk from Namba station and Dotonbori, there are a lot of dining options around and also Lawson with plenty of food options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the little lounge with snacks and drinks on the 9th floor

This property was overall good. The location was excellent for dining and shopping. However, it was a 10+ minute walk from namba station which made it not as ideal when carrying luggage or getting around. However, we didn’t use the station that much since everything was very walkable. The money exchange and free coffee in the morning were nice additions. The room was overall nice, however, there were some stains on the carpet and we could not get the TV casting or apps to work, so when relaxing in the room we couldn’t watch anything as English speaking tourists. The shower head was also not functioning properly and was spraying into the bathtub until we figured out how to make it useable. I would recommend to others and stay again, but also would be interested to see what else is available if we return.

Overall this hotel was a good stay. It was quiet, convenient and comfortable. We loved the Club Lounge priviledge. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast provided as I found it very limited in variety in comparison to other hotels and don’t think it’s worth the price. The staff were extremely friendly and the amenities were great

The room was so spacious! In comparison to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan this room was great! It was a quick walk to a giant shopping area and lots of restaurants. Only 10 mins to the subway. Great hotel.

If you like hearing the trains continuously right outside your window, this is your place as your right next to the elevated track which is at room height. Check-in is hopeless in that they make you do self serve which doesn’t work and then you have to go through the whole process again with the front desk this time. Room keys don’t function and staff the give you an extra tax which should have been covered as reservation time and not demanded if you once you arrive. Overall not recommended.

The property is an 8 minute walk to Namba Station through Namba Parks. The location is in the thick of the action, but on the quieter and less frequented end that you feel connected to the heart of the city but far enough to be able to breathe more easily. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are helpful, nice and polite. The one thing that prevented me from giving a 5 is the upkeep and maintenance of the place. The elevator floor is dirty, the toilet vanity faucet has caked stains around the drain and the base of the faucet handle, the ledge of the vanity was dirty and dusty and the wall where the mirror is has splatters on it, the glasses have stains at the bottom, and the spout of the bidet has black stains on it. Of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed in so far, I feel like this hotel is not at par with the Japanese reputation of cleanliness I’ve come to expect.
