This property was great with very friendly staff and a comfortable bed. It was in the PERFECT location to explore Dotombori and do a lot of shopping. Our room was small (as expected) and had all the amenities we needed. It could use a little extra cleaning as it had scuffs on the wall and a dirty shower curtain. However, we were thankful to get checked-in early, and leave luggage after check-out so we could shop more. Thanks for the great stay!

Although the room is small but the price is cheap which you can reach eat and shopping places by 1 to 2 mins, so no complaint at all. Further, if providing a water boiler in the room, it'll will be great. Staff don’t speak English much, English reading guidelines will be helpful.

pros: staffs are super friendly and nice, housekeeping was amazing, location is convenient and near everything especially Namba station, made the travel with suitcase a breeze cons: room we had was smaller than we though, but we made it work overall: will go back the next time we go to Japan

It is very close to Namba station, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori. Five minutes' walk can visit the most popular area.

Liked that the staff knew who we were. We got a deluxe double bed room which was big enough to leave 2 medium sized suitcases opened plus plenty of room to move about.

Check in & out was fast and easy. Friendly and helpful counter staff. We booked a room for 3 pax (4 night stay). Room and toilet were small as expected. But we are still able to open up 3 luggage at the same time (2x28inch & 1x25inch) however left very limited walking space. 5mins walk from train station. 10mins walk to the crowded street of dotonbori. Hotel provide water dispenser on our room level. 7-11 & Lawson are just across the street. Must try the ramen shop directly opposite Lawson! It’s super oishi! No complain about the hotel for this price we paid. Will come back if we are flying to Osaka again.

Hotel is very close to Dotonbori and all the eateries and shops in that area. Also close to the Namba station. Overall this is a good hotel to stay if touring Osaka and it's surroundings. The proximity to Namba station is a plus, as it takes you everywhere in Osaka, and straight shot to Nara on the Kintentsu line. The cons were no views (just another building next door), breakfast was ok (7-11 next door had better food), and most importantly, no laundry. So make sure you bring extra extra clothes. If you can deal without those amenities, this hotel will do.
