Breakfast is chaos. You have to be on the offensive to get anything decent. The hotel may accommodate over 800 people but the breakfast places are less then 50. With most people needing 20 mins at least for breakfast it is near impossible to eat there. The hotel knows this too because they promote a “grab and go” breakfast option. Additionally the buffet is a joke, there is one small tray of omelet pieces for the egg option and one small try of vegetables for a hot option. On one morning there was bacon. These are in a corner which is constantly cramped with people. Definitely do not stay at this hotel if breakfast is important. Further on two nights after returning from dinner there were extended queues for the lefts to get from level 1 the street level to reception on level 3. I believe there were several bus tours trying to check in at that time. What this meant was that you had to wait for up to 30 minutes in a queue of people before you could get to your room. We did not go out at night after the first night because of this inconvenience.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

My accessible room was very good. I would offer feedback to help make small changes. The shampoos etcetera are across from the bath making them difficult to access. The shower chair cannot fit in the bathtub. The bathtub needs a non slip matt to help disabled/elderly so they can utilise the bathtub instead of being limited to showering. A small seat that fits would help. Mr Ujin(?) was so helpful on our phone call. The female staff handled the phone call but it was more difficult than it needed to be. Breakfast staff were very good. Overall, excellent and we look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Osaka and found it to be a comfortable hotel in a great location. The included breakfast was convenient, though I felt the options were somewhat limited. The room was small, just adequate for a couple, so keep that in mind if you need more space. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk, which is worth noting for planning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

The room was adequately sized and comfortable. Great location near Hommachi station Chuo and Midosuji lines. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and the cappuccino’s were perfect.
