The bed is too small and soft for 2 people. There is no public bath like other APA. The location is good 5 minutes walk to metro and 3 stop to Osaka stations.

Overall a good area for the location you get. The only issue I’d have is the size of the rooms, but that’s pretty much the trend in Japan. Suitcases can fit under the bed so that clears up the room a fair bit.

The staff are very helpful. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the station. Plenty of shopping and dining restaurants. Many places around the hotel are foreigner friendly and speak conversational English.

Bathroom is too small. Staff wouldn't help us call a big taxi to go to the airport on the last day. Couldn't do it on the app because wifi was very slow. We ended up waiting 30 min. for a taxi because barely any came in our area.

I had a great stay at APA Hotel Nambakita Shinsaibashi Ekimae. The location is perfect — it's just a short walk to Shinsaibashi, making shopping and dining easy and enjoyable. Whether I wanted to explore the famous Dotonbori area or grab a late-night snack, everything was within walking distance. Another big plus was how convenient it was to get to Kansai International Airport. From Namba Station, it's a smooth and easy train ride straight to the airport, which made my departure stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room, while compact (as expected in Japan), had everything I needed—a comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and even a high-tech toilet. The staff was friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and efficient.
