Clean room and convenient washer-dryer on the top floor. The room was a bit hot during my stay. Please note that this is a dorm-style room without a lockable private space, so guests should take care of their belongings and personal space. During my stay, someone entered the room and placed slippers on my bed. The male-only public bath on the 10th floor has larger lockers, but they were fully occupied during my stay. The lockers on the other floors are very small, only about the size of a mail slot, and can fit only small personal items.

Soap and another bottle (label faded and hard to read) provided in the shared bathroom.
The shower area also has charging stations and a hair dryer available, which is very convenient.
The accommodation is located near Shinsekai. A Japanese friend mentioned it might be better not to go out alone at night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than our other hotel rooms during our trip which was fine. This is a basic hotel room that will charge you for additional housekeeping bring the first time, which didn't affect us, but thought it was worth mentioning. I also had a 2000 yen charge upon arrival even though I booked through Expedia and paid ahead of time. Wasn't worth it to me to start investigating for $14 cost, but unsure what it was for. Place gets the job done for a short stay.
