The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, It’s facade and design are unique. It is refreshingly unlike the usual mutistory block building most hotels are housed in.

I was instantly turned off upon checking in when I asked if I get any discounts if I use my Disney credit card here at the swan Disney resort and was told no that this is not a Disney hotel it is a Marriott. It was a late night check in so we went to our room to get some rest.I looked around for any information regarding the Disney resort’s and restaurants and there was nothing.i did notice they had it on the television so I clicked on it nothing there. The QR codes to scan were inactive. No property maps nothing. We went to sleep woke up hungry went downstairs to the garden Grove restaurant for breakfast only to learn that they are not open for several days. and no other recommendations or restaurants open in the property either. The property is empty of anything to do and I mean anything. we decided to go over to the dolphin to take a swim and see what they have. We went swimming I went to get a drink under the grotto waterfall in the water filling station by the bathrooms the water station was filthy and caked with debris and it did not work so we decided to order a slushy from the QR on the chair they came out melted in a watery slurry of mess for almost 70.00. Upon walking back from swimming we stopped to play a game of pool and the pool stick was broken no tip. we called in our valet ticket several nights to leave Property, no valet or counter people around at all for long periods waiting 45 minutes for a car. At the end of the trip $630 surprise Bill for resort fees

It was a good hotel, but it didn’t feel like a magical Disney experience, like you see with other properties. Also, the hotel pillows were really hard to sleep on. It wasn’t horrible, but not sure it was worth the price.

Great location. I hardly used the car. The water Taxi to Epcot is the way to go. One minor inconvenience. My key card didn't open the parking gate. Even after getting it replaced. The good when I pressed the help button the gate opened right away.

Our view of the lake was beautiful, it showed a large amount of space around us, and we could see fireworks. Our room was spacious, and the pools were wonderful. The food was fantastic! The transportation, especially by boat, was really special and we loved it! We look forward to staying here again!

Alwyas a great stay at the swan and dolphi hotel. The staff is great from top to boottom the space is always clean adn accomodating. This is the only hotel we like to stay at for Disney.
