Hotel is a bit of a maze, there's also two unadvertised bars at Swan which would have been nice to know. Missed housekeeping everyday. There was a loud noise in the wall.

Everything great except lady at pool bar was very rude and some grout in bathroom seemed dirty black mold?

Save your money unless you want a dirty room.

The room had a crib in it that we didn't need or order. Housekeeping did eventually remove it. The bathroom was not clean. There were long black hairs all over the shower wall. Glitter all over the bathroom floor The tv didn’t work.

The property was beautiful at night. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Love that the pool stays open till 11pm and that it’s walking distance from Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The transportation to Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom were running all day and night as well. Very convenient.

Not as clean or maintained as I would have thought, for the price. Looks like mold in the showers, and regular debris left on the interior hotel carpets. No lifeguards at the pools, but I forget that this is not actually a Disney hotel.

First time staying here. Had always done a Disney hotel previously. Moving forward will only be staying at the Swan. Love how close it is to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
