this resort is amazing. the staff was very kind and welcoming. i had no problem checking in or out. parking is easy to find and there are great food options. we ordered dinner to our room and it was right on time and portions were large and the food was great. can’t wait to stay here again soon!

I've been staying at the Swan & Dolphin for 2 decades. Its a beautiful property that is convenient to the parks with several dining options. Best of all, they are very FL Resident friendly and offer some of the most affordable rates for Disney properties. We will always come back!

This was such a great resort for my family! We had a great time while there, and they had great transportation options to the parks. Wonderful dining options as well. We will definitely stay here again!

We generally stay on property at Disney but never stayed in the Boardwalk area. Decided to give it a try. The swan and Dolphin resort is beautiful. The boardwalk is a cute area and having the boat and the places you can walk to is a plus. It was extremely cold when we were there so we didn’t use the pool. The concern there was the fact that EVERY lounge chair had a scanning bar code to reserve the seat.. If you have to spend money to sit at the pool that would be a reason not to come back. The other issue is the $38 parking fee per day. Outrageously high. Factor that in when deciding on where to stay in the Disney area. We are now at the wilderness lodge and there is NO parking fee. For this reason, I would not stay at the Swan again. So … resort beautiful ,but in my opinion comparing the costs I would rather stay at a higher end Disney hotel

I had no idea a Disney Partner hotel would be this convenient! Beautiful hotel and right near Disney Boardwalk. Walking distance to EPCOT. I will be back.
