The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are not ideal for our setup — we prefer the Home2Suites across the way — but if you don't spend a lot of time in the room, they're fine. They need physical attention — they're old and dinged up. Not anything staff can fix without an infusion of cash from Marriott.

The room was nasty in the beginning, the GM Glen gasslighted situations that should not have even been a problem to begin with such as stove top not working, the cleaning staff that cleaned the rooms 3/4 hours of the time never left replacement stuff such as towels and toilet paper never mind clean the room much of the time. They had a hot water issue on several floors, the room I booked as not the room I got, the breakfast times are awful close at 930a, the rooms were NOT what was expected or advertised. If I wanted Days inn services I would have stayed at a days in. We were on family VK that was ruined because of how awful the hotel stay was. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any Marriott hotel ever again. Be cautious when booking a room.

loved the spacious room, but cleanliness was an issue for me. when i got checked in, there was hairs on the bathroom floor and walls. room service is offered “every other day”, and when I received said service, didn’t receive body wash (which was half way used when I got the room). I had a first floor room and had a “wormy” visit. the water heater didn’t work properly but it was doable for the time being, and a sold out night meant no room change regardless. I consider parking to be too expensive for what it is, and frankly I don’t know what I paid it for.

We arrived at MCO on an early morning flight, got our rental car and drove to hotel to let them know we were there, for whenever our room was available. We had booked a 2 Bedroom Suite for 6 nights over Thanksgiving week. The woman at the front desk checked and said nothing was ready yet but said she would start a “waitlist”. She wrote my name and # on a post-it and said someone would call me when a room was ready. We left and spent the day at Disney Springs. Around 7:30 pm, after dinner, with no call all day, we headed back to hotel. I mentioned we had stopped by that morning and was told someone would call but we never heard anything, so I was hoping we had a room by then. There was no apology or reason for not getting a call, but we were given room. The next morning, no hot water in the shower. I figured it was a one time thing, maybe we got up too late and the hot water had run out. We all took quick cold showers. I stopped by front desk on our way out and mentioned it. I was told someone would be sent up to take a look. I never heard anything, and we got back late that night and just went back to the room. The next morning, again, no hot water. Quick cold showers again. Stopped by the front desk again on the way out. The woman there this day apologized and said it was known there was an issue with the hot water in this room. So I don’t understand why we were given this room in the first place. She gave us another room and she said she was sending someone up

The room was adequate but the layout was a little odd. The breakfast was good for a couple days but definitely tiresome after a week with all the same options. Our room never had hot water, barely lukewarm.
