Check-in was painful. Forcing every arriving guest to descend on the property concurrently at 4PM (to avoid an early check-in fee) is woefully inefficient. Waited in car line to get into property. Waited longer in the check-in line at the front desk, only to be told a room wasn't ready. Waited outside for another hour for a room before waiting in another line just to ask when a room would be ready, only to be told, again, that a room wasn't ready. Staff member finally placed us in an alternate room type. In all fairness, we checked-in on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, so it was likely busier than usual. Still, there has to be a more efficient check-in process. Only other significant complaint is regarding the snaggle-tooth-strangle-me wristband that only gets tighter with each passing day. The key-card wristband idea is great. But, the wristband design is atrocious. Room was very clean. Kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils, etc. Outside grounds were nearly immaculate. Loved the walking/jogging trail. Although, I could never figure out the exact path to arrive at the advertised 1 mile (Is the inner courtyard included?). Pools were very nice, clean, well-maintained -- particularly in the waterpark. Only complaint here is the lack of available chairs. All in all, a very enjoyable stay, and would be happy to return.

Lets start saying that my experience was not what i expected at all. Staff when vheckikg in very friendly, unlike the ones in the afternoon. My room ac did not work and after i called multiple times to report it and being told that help was going to be sent which never happened. I went to the lobby also to report ac not working i have a young kid and it is just not correct to sleep with no ac when you are paying to be comfortable. Pool area mot so clean. You have to pay extra for the umbrellas, cabanas in undertand but umbrellas also kind og execcesive maybe I’m wrong.

Property was great, had lots of fun. Loved the pools. What was very disappointing was that we were charged over double for the stay as to what Expedia quoted. Picked hotel for the fair price. I understand resort fees but over double? Would stay there again but not for that price.

The original 3 bedroom apartment we checked into was dirty and extremely dated. The photos that Expedia show when booking show a more modern and renovated room which was totally different. Curtains were extremely dirty with stains, freezer was broken with water on the ground, furniture was so old and beat up, Shower drain was blocked with hair and jolly ranchers wrapper, so disgusting. The hotel did immediately move us to a clean room, however still dated and not what we booked. I had to contact reception several times to try to get a manager on the phone the following day to address the first room issues. eventually went down as my calls went unanswered. The GYM facility was nice, the outside property was beautiful and very well maintained. We ate once in Valencia's which was good, the water park was fun for a day. The inside of the property overall is very dated and old and needs a total overhaul. I was told by one of the staff members that the entire property is time share, which was different to what i was told prior to booking. I would not stay here again.

I wouldn’t call this a water park, but they do have a few water slides, a lazy river and surf area (for an additional fee). Other than that this resort was really nice, well kept and the rooms were nice and well kept.

Not a fan of having to ask for items that were supposed to be provided at time of visit. Asked for towels and was told to wash the ones we have or be pay a fee of 20$. Fee for literally everything.
