It took 2 hours to check in. The line was out the door to check in and they did not call anyone else to help support the front until an hour's worth of people complaining. Then a couple other people arrived and who I am assuming is the manager walked up and down the line saying this is not typical but at the same time did notnoffer an explanation or anything else.

Maintenance took a very long time to come to the room on both occasions we needed to call them. The hotel also charged my card 2x for the incidental fee when it should have been charged 1x. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and amusement park was ok.

The bedroom floors weren’t clean, I accidentally dropped the white towel on the floor and when I picked it up it has long black hair and dirt attached it , Second thing I called the housekeeping to get a tooth brush and toothpaste for my daughter who forgot hers at home and they didn’t have any !! How come a huge resort doesn’t provide very simple things !! I paid around $300 or more for one night and I couldn’t even get a toothbrush! It was so disappointing! We didn’t have the chance to check the water park so I won’t give any review about it, but I saw it was huge

Great family resort

A terrific price for a 3 bdrm suite. Spacious with a water park and heated lazy river. Laundry in suite was convenient, and kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes. Excellent customer service. Only negative was lack of room service.

This is regarding our stay from Jan 7 to Jan 12 2025 - Our room number was 3525 We arrived on the 7th. On the morning of the 8th we were moved to another room because our original room was next to your game room and the noise level was much too high The next room we were sent to had a broken door operator. Rather than move us immediately, you sent technicians to try and fix it. When fixing it would not work, they attempted to replace the door handle all together. This took hours to complete and when it was done, it still did not work. We did not feel comfortable leaving our room with the door unlocked so we lost half a day waiting around I went downstairs and spoke to the manager Jeff. He apologized for the many inconveniences and offered us a hotels.com credit. He also personally went to find another room for us.The next few nights their room keys would not work so anytime we’d leave and come back to our room, we’d have to wait a long time for security to come open the door. Imagine waiting in the hall way for 30 minutes with two kids crying for the bathroom It's now been over two weeks and I have yet to receive any credit. I have spoken to hotels.com many times. They have tried to reach out to Grove management (Jeff in particular) many times with no success. I called the hotel but they just leave you on hold At this point I feel I was lied to and it's not a good feeling to have. It's not even about the credit at this point. No apology. No credit. No empathy. Shame

The space was adequate to accommodate our group size. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The grounds were pretty and nicely kept. The first day I took a shower, I could not get enough hot water. The water was warm. There were not enough towels to accommodate the number of people that it slept. The dryer did not dry the clothes. We had a TV in our bedroom but no remote. We found the remote in the livingroom worked but that didn't help if someone was watching TV there at the same time. Honestly for what we paid i would have expected something a little better. There is definitely room for improvement. Because of this I gave it an average rating.

It’s our fourth time at this resort. We enjoy it every time, we love the pools, water park and lazy river. The resort is very clean and convenient for our big family with the full kitchen. We will definitely be back. The only downside this time we stayed for a week and the waterpark was closed for 3 days due to rain, otherwise it’s an excellent resort!!!

Great spot! We stayed here before and we really enjoy the staff and the property. The check-in was a bit frustrating because we used Expedia. Somehow our reservation didn't come through and took awhile (45 minutes) to get checked-in.

We booked this property because it seemed very convenient for getting to and from the Disney World parks. However, it ended up costing $30-$40 each way for Uber rides as the theme park transportation the hotel claimed to offer only left around 11 AM and returned at approximately 7:45 PM, which doesn’t work if you want to spend the entire day at the parks. There was a shuttle that left at 10:45 PM from Epcot, but that doesn’t work during the week when the parks were all closed by 9 PM. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this in advance. Additionally, when I tried to check the shuttle times on the hotel’s website, I encountered an error message stating that the page didn’t exist, so I couldn’t verify the information beforehand. Lastly, while the full kitchen was nice, it was poorly equipped for actual cooking—there was only one pan and one baking tray provided.
