Room was large but had no table or chairs to sit around or place things just a big open area. Looks unfurnished and spartan. Stayed in other Fairfield hotels that were much more comfortable and this is a newer one. Will not return.

This was an excellent stay. I enjoyed the breakfast choices, and there was an ease of the check-in and checkout. We stayed one night on the way to Port Canaveral and spent the day at Disney Springs. We had an excellent breakfast that morning before heading out.

Great stay, but low water pressure = crappy shower

Stay was great, breakfast offering was awesome! BUT: The water pressure on the 6th floor sucked. Could barely take a decent shower, and the pressure would often randomly drop during the shower to a mediocre stream, and some times so low it would cause the diverter to pop down and you’d have to pull it back up to get the shower to start again. Other than that, would stay here again, but ask for a lower floor with better pressure.

This was my first stay at this particular location and I found every aspect of my stay from cleanliness to helpful staff to be a reason I would definitely plan a return stay the next time in the area. I especially found Ethan, the desk clerk to be extremely helpful. He seemed to go the extra mile to resolve any of a number of transportation questions I had and was able to provide alternatives for me which made my stay pleasant. Thanks Ethan, and all of the staff. Additionally, the breakfast provided was outstanding.

Great location to all the Disney parks and universal complimentary breakfast was a good daily variety. Just be aware that the parking is not free it’s $20 a day and it really was not disclosed!

we were never told that they don't clean the room everyday, that is not acceptable unless the tell you and the receptionist told me when i went to complain that they are suppose to tell me when i check in, and that is not true. so very disappointed
