Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower could use more water pressure. Would also recommend stopping breakfast at 10am instead of 9. People on vacation like to sleep in!!! Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!😊

I was here 2 years ago and loved it so much I took my family back when doing a Disney trip. This time wasn't great. The staff spends too much time on there phones. This shouldn't be allowed. The cleaning wasnt great all around. Breakfast choices for the few days we were their was lacking and breads(sliced, bagles, muffins) were all stale. I probably would not go back to this particular Home2 suite.

The room was nice. I didn't really enjoy the fact that the staff didn't know very well English. We ran out of soap and when we went to ask they were all saying that they didn't speak English. We even asked at the reception for some , they said they will send someone with it and that never happened. The lady at the reception was a little rude when we asked a question about the Disney shuttle ...we didn't know we need to make a reservation because the note at the Disney desk didn't say anything about that. The person that was suppose to help purchase tickets for the attractions was never there...we never saw anyone there for our entire stay. We had to go to the other hotel to book tickets and that gentleman was barely speaking English also. Another thing that I didn't like was the sheets...very thin and wrinkle. The location was very good and the breakfast was excellent!

Great place to stay going to Disney!! Easy check in and out. Room size is so much more than other places!! New and modern!! Breakfast is good and there is a variety of choice but only offered chicken sausage or turkey bacon. Perhaps one of those options and then regular bacon or sausage alternative. Otherwise this would have been five star across the board!!

Immediately the staff was very nice and very helpful, the room was spotless! We lucked out with a 6th floor room and could see most of the fireworks from magic kingdom from our room! One small toilet paper issue was fixed almost immediately and late at night. The only thing thay was not so great was the shuttle to the parks only ran a couple times a day and there was no shuttle that came back after mickeys very merry christmas psrty.
