We were happy with our 2 day stay at homes2suites. It was very convenient to Disney and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Carpet in hallways needs updating. Breakfast is way too overcrowded and kids are touching uncovered food with hands. It’s expensive enough to stay there then you charge parking. Then, then…there is only two spots available. Parking was horrendous.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is free and lots of options. Waffles are a hit with the kids. Pool is great. BBQ access is convenient. You can see disney fireworks out your window. Disappointed with food at Restaurant in pool area. Maybe just a off night. You have to pay for parking which was not communicated at check-in or check-out. They just Bill your credit card after checkout.

Almost didn’t get my reservation. Very scary.

Hotels.com did not send the reservation to hotel so when I got there they did not know I was coming. I had to get on the line with customer service from hotels.com to get the confirmation number. Thankfully they did have an extra room available when I arrived. But things could have been much much worse.
