The $15 plus for parking is absurd! The $7.50 drink at the bar is now $18 each! I guess greed is the overall driving factor in the hotel business these days. You’ve lost our business for sure.

Great hotel

Really nice hotel and a great price. The pool was clean, spacious, and good temperature. They also have a hot tub! Free breakfast in the morning, Starbucks counter as well. The staff was great. Convenient to Disney.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the amenities are great. Our first night started off on a positive note with great service. However, on the second morning, I requested extra cleaning because the microwave had food residue (cheese) stuck inside, and the sofa bed, along with the linen and blanket, had sand or possibly leftover detergent on them. I was informed that housekeeping is only provided every three days. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, our room was never properly cleaned during that time. The only housekeeping service we received was the delivery of three clean towels — the used ones weren’t even removed. Overall, while the location and amenities were promising, the cleanliness and housekeeping service fell short of expectations, more in line with what you might expect from a low-rated motel rather than a hotel of this standard.

The room was large and clean. It was very close to Animal Kingdom and Target store. There restaurants close by. I didn't like that I searched for properties that have free parking, and this one came up. I didn't find out it was $15 a night, until I checked in. And then, after paying to park there, there were no parking spots left. So, me being handicapped, I had to park at the hotel next door and walk to the hotel-in the dark.

Very good place!!!

Overall nice place!! Great pool workout room and breakfast!! Friendly staff!!! Keep I mind you have to pay for parking!! It’s not much but inconvenient if you don’t have a cell phone!!! Would recommend and stay again!!! Oh the address got messed up in our GPS!!! Use google maps to confirm your GPS is correct!!

We had such a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS®! The hotel is modern, very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable—perfect for families. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Disney, and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and conveniences. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of options to start the day right, and the staff were always welcoming, helpful, and professional. The pool area is a highlight as well—beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. One small suggestion would be to consider lowering the parking fee. Since the hotel is a bit outside of the main Disney resort area, many families driving in would really appreciate a slightly lower daily parking rate. That said, this is still a fantastic hotel and one we’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

Staff are very courteous. We have stayed here 5 times now and never had any complaints. I would like to add, Front Desk agent Mikhayla is amazing. She is always professional, and ready to assist with a smile on her face. She is truly an asset to this property

Nice stay!

The room was very clean. Mattress felt great. Check in was flawless. Morning breakfast crew was fabulous. Very friendly . Would definitely stay here again.
