Wow our room 1429, desk area and tv, really not good. Put a tv between the 2 beds and on wall between bath door and closet door. Leave a 46in in other seating area for kids or guests. There are other things , but were not here to redesign hotel.

There were 4 adults in our room and we all slept comfortably in the suite with a pull out trundle. Our room was clean. The staff was quite literally amazing. Check in was very smooth and answered all questions. The breakfast staff were amazing! They walked around refilling drinks asking if we needed anything, I have never experienced that with a continental breakfast. I liked that there were food/drinks available for purchase late (the kitchen was open until 11pm). The bartender Casey was very personable and remembered all of our names, great at making suggestions for food and drinks. My ONLY complaint was the shuttle. There were only 2 times to the parks and both were completely full by the time we checked in at 5pm so we had to take an uber to Disney which was fine but getting an uber back was nightmare, so if you stay here I recommend not preparing to take the shuttle. Overall, we had a great 2 night stay and would highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was great with a lot of different choices. Everything was clean!

Weird room layout

The bathroom has a clear sliding door that is next to the beds. If you use it in the middle of the night, the bathroom light will wake up your family sleeping outside. Food is the same thing every day. If you're staying for a week, it will get old by Wednesday. The area has limited breakfast options unless you're going to Disney. Closet light only worked if you turned on the light over the microwave, which seemed weird. You can't request housekeeping every day, and the "suites" are so small that any trash on the off day piles up quick. Pool area seemed nice, even though we didn't use it. For the price, I've stayed at better hotels in the area.

We had a fantastic time at Springhill. We do Disney quite often but this time wanted a resort stay to relax and unwind but close enough to visit our daughter at flamingo crossings. Glen the hotel manager is a gem, very accommodating and welcoming. The staff was also great and the location had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again. Thanks for a great week !

Suites are spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly. Breakfast was great. Only downside is having to pay for parking (we stayed here in the past and did not have to pay for parking) which doesn't make sense since it is not located in a busy area and very isolated area. Also the shuttle service is misleading as you have to make reservations in advance and the options are limited.

The pool was nice, breakfast was enjoyable. Room was just okay, sheets appeared unclean, deodorant left in closet so I'm assuming not cleaned. Unknown substance on wall. Paid extra for fireworks view but there was a massive tree outside the window completely blocking the view. Had to race downstairs and watch from the parking lot with my children. Very disappointed in that, as I did pay more specifically for the view.

Sadly, this hotel has gone downhill. First of all, they are charging $15 a night for parking! Even though if you come in late from one of the amusement parks, there’s no parking left in this particular hotels parking lot. You have to actually park in the connecting hotels parking lot. And I’m still confused exactly why they are charging for parking when it used to be FREE here. This is just another way to milk more money out of people. The food I would compare to a school cafeterias food. It was terrible and was extremely expensive for what we got. Then the room they first put us in, had an air conditioner that .Then the room they first put us in, had an air conditioner that was falling apart. The front of the air conditioner actually fell off, and there was caked up dirt and mold in the air conditioner, and the wires were hanging out the bottom. When I made the front desk aware of the problem, they said that the wires hanging from the bottom, that could electrocute a little kid was normal. They told me that they were going to send the maintenance man down to fix it. He never showed up, but they did put me in another room. The other room they put me in was no better. The shower barely put out any water and it took an excessive amount of time to even to get your hair washed out because it just trickled out. The coffee maker didn’t even have the pieces to it so it was unusable. I will not be returning this place is absolutely terrible now.

Rooms very clean the staff that does check in very friendly and helpful, the staff that did breakfast provided a wonderful spread that was always full and fresh!
