The Space:

Our three-bedroom townhomes at Vista Cay Orlando are designed to feel just like home. With fully-equipped kitchens and generous space, you'll have a cozy, comfortable base for your Orlando adventures. We've thought of everything for your convenience:



- First Floor: A spacious bedroom with its own private bathroom.

- Second Floor: The main living area, kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom.

- Third Floor: Two additional suites, each with its own private bathroom.



It's truly like having your own house, making for a fun and easy stay!



Guest Access:

For your security and convenience, you will use two unique codes during your stay: the gate code gets you into the resort community, and your personal door code unlocks the house.

The Clubhouse (Open 24/7): The heart of the resort features a large pool, spa, Tiki Bar, game area, and a brand-new Kids' Aqua Park. Inside, you will find concierge services, a business center, and a gift shop.



Resort Recreation: Explore the property to find two additional pools, poolside bars, cozy fire pits, and BBQ picnic areas. For recreation, enjoy our fitness center, sports court, playground, and a scenic two-mile lakeside jogging trail.



Guest Comfort & Safety: For your convenience and security, Vista Cay provides a gated entrance with 24-hour on-site security, a sundries shop, complimentary parking, and daily trash pickup.

Vista Cay Resort is your ideal home base for Orlando adventures, just minutes from Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios®, and SeaWorld®. You'll even be directly across the street from the brand-new Epic Universe! Plus, we're only a few minutes from International Drive, with its fantastic attractions, restaurants, and shops.



Other Things to Note:

- Guests are required to sign the short-term agreement, provide a valid identification and a credit card for the security deposit for this property.



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



- No Pets Allowed: For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including service animals.



- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and events are not permitted; any breach of this condition will lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
