Really kind staff, they were always available for any questions or help. The breakfast options were great, good coffee and the location is fantastic, is walking distance to the outlets, thrift stores and the trolley stop at the front. Room was clean, had all amenities and the beds were comfortable. No noise incoming from the neighboring rooms or nearby roads. The free ride to the parks was a lifesaver. They really make you feel welcome. Thank you!

Everything was ok with one exception; When I left the room to be cleaned, there were no new hand towels and the bed hadn't been made. That surprised me a lot. Apart from that, all the staff were very polite and helpful.

The room smelled of dirty laundry and cleaning products. We needed to spray air fresheners to make it semi better. The fridge was not cleaned and we also found a bug in the room as we first entered. Dishes a silverware were filthy and basically making the kitchen area unusable. Over all would not come back to this property.

We checked in on a Friday night and was supposed to be there Friday night and Saturday night. The bed was not comfortable and we only got about two hours of slee on Friday. Early on Saturday evening I went to the front desk to tell them that we were checking out early and not staying the second night. The gentleman at the front desk who was on a personal phone call seem bothered that I came down to tell him that. I asked him if I could check out early and had no interest in speaking with me. We just left. It sucks to stay at a hotel where the employees don’t really seem to care.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We stayed January 02 to 04 2026 in room 302 and had a very bad night. The bathroom was not clean. The shower, in particular, clearly had not been properly cleaned, and there was almost no water coming out of the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, making it very difficult to shower. In addition, the pillowcase was dirty and stained, which was unacceptable. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, as it was sunken in the middle, making it hard to rest properly. Overall, cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations, and this significantly affected our stay.
