CLEANEST HOTEL IN ORLANDO!

I will stay at this hotel every time I have to be in Orlando! The price, cleanliness, and ease of checking in, can’t be beat! EVERY SINGLE staff member seemed GENUINELY happy to see us and serve us. Kudos to management, they are doing it right!!

I was sitting on my bed and a roach crawled across the bed. I advised the staff and they did nothing. There are drug addicts hanging out on the parking lot asking for money. The area is unsafe for single women.

The hotel was very smelly the carpets smell really horrible and you can smell the sewer coming up from the bathroom. They charged my card twice even though they received my payment upon arrival. The staff was rude and inconsiderate Alex was the only helpful staff member.
