Disappointed in housekeeping. Didn’t get the every other day service so garbage was overflowing and kept in a store garbage bag. No clean towels until I had to address the issue at front desk. Prior to this nothing was done when I informed the staff at the front desk that I had also removed items from fridge and when we returned the entrance door had to be left open for air out order. Evening front desk staff sent someone, no one showed up the following day. VERY disappointed when everything else was going great.

We booked this hotel for two stays, from October 4 to October 6 for two nights, and again from October 10 to October 11 for one night, for a group of five families. Our family of three included me, my wife, and our three-year-old daughter. From the moment we arrived and parked our car at the valet station to when we walked into the lobby, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our check-in time was scheduled for 3 PM on October 4, but the hotel staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in around 12 PM at no additional charge. The lobby has a great atmosphere with a spacious seating area, which easily accommodated all five families, a total of sixteen people including kids and toddlers, during our late-night hangouts. The only drawback is that some of the furniture and carpeting in the lobby appear a bit worn out. Replacing those items would definitely enhance the overall look and feel of the space. Breakfast was good and worth the price. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of ICON Park and many restaurants. One thing I would recommend is providing umbrellas for guests, especially considering Florida’s unpredictable weather in October. We also really appreciated the complimentary bikes, which made it fun and easy to explore the nearby area. Overall, both of our stays were wonderful. We had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they were able to accommodate my two service dogs. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and made us feel completely comfortable. Excellent service and hospitality. I’ll definitely stay here again!
