Property was beautiful however there was absolutely no parking available to reach the towers ( and to think parking was $38). We had to park in the far back and walk about maybe 5-7 mins to the towers. We got to our room on the 17th floor it was HOT and the carpet was SOAKED from the ac I’m assuming. It took about 5 mins just to get someone at the front on the phone. She asked if I wanted someone to look at if I said I would not but instead like to change rooms she was quick to assist me with that however now we had to go 16 floors back down walk 5-7 mins back to the car and drive all the way back to the front of the resort. Stand in line to wait for a new room key. Now had to drive again to find a parking because our parking was now taken. Walk 6-8 mins back to the towers and go back up 16 floors. By the time I was completely settled in it was 9:08 and I had missed my anniversary dinner reservation .
