Need an upgrade for sure. Stayed at a doubletree hotel in the past so many times but not like this one. Never had to place my thing in the floor in the shower. The comforter looked so nasty under the dark. For a doubletree hotel I expected better and our room was so far back from the parking.

The hotel was a nice place . The paid parking thing is ridiculous . Parking is hard to get and if you do get a parking spot it’s nowhere near your building .

We love this hotel.. Our neighbors were a little loud late at night but there was some kind of basketball thing for kids going on so we understood kids are excited..

Check in was good. Staff was friendly. I paid for a resort view. But got a room in the corner that had no view. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Was charged a paining fee which was not mentioned until after booking.

By far the worst presentation of a DoubleTree property. Week days were filled with adults drinking nonstop while kids overrun the facility unsupervised on weekends. There was trash in our room upon arrival and the “wooden” floors gushed water every time you step. There were no visual bugs but the bedding and towels had a variety of stains which varied in color and size. Housekeeping did come and make the beds and replenish towels throughout the week but were left forgotten during the busier weekend. We were able to enjoy parts of the Sea World drone show and fireworks through a dirty, spotted bedroom window as well as a discounted cabana rental we booked for three hours one evening so we’d have a seat at the pool. If you are driving, parking is $38/day and you need a key card multiple times to get in and out of different parking lots. Thankfully the cookies were always available.

"I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton near SeaWorld. I booked a room with a garden view in the tower shown in Expedia's photos, but upon arrival, we were assigned a room in a separate, two-story building without the promised view. Instead, the window faced the interior hallway. To make matters worse, parking was in a different building, requiring a long walk with luggage and tired kids, and we were charged $38 per night for this service with no guarantee of proximity to our room. When I complained, I was told that rooms in the specific tower are labeled as such, which wasn't clear in my booking. I felt misled and wouldn't recommend this hotel without greater transparency in their advertising and customer service.

Property looked like it needed repairs, cracked broken tile in the bathroom. We stayed in a JR suite which did not look remotely close to the picture. furniture looked like it had been scratched and torn... and the phone did not even work.
