The room was very small and the bathroom shower was out in the open. The remote didn’t work to the TV and the staff couldn’t fix it until the next morning Also tha air would kick off properly so the room was freezing and loud. Ordered an iron and it took me calling again several hours later for it to be delivered to the room. When I complained, the staff didn’t seem to care that much, offered an $20 credit for breakfast. Overall I don’t think I would ever stay in ALoft hotel again.

Polite and professional staff - shout out to the front desk, bartender, cooks, custodians and wait staff. Solid options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night bites. Neat room. Appreciating the effort to be eco-friendly in some aspects. That said, as with all properties if you stay long enough and look hard enough thing do stick out. For example, some modern deco (open floor concept, furniture designs and even the window shade controls) are more aesthetic than functional. Lake property with not enough lake. Room unfortunately had no view (or rather the view was not ideal, perhaps even dire/ dystopian.) Overall, could've been a 9+ experience for weekenders like myself... but it was 7.7 ...might stay again.
