Not bad

This place isn’t bad depending on what you’re looking for. It’s located in a convenient place to UO and has free parking. The place is key card controlled which limits people to just residents, which is nice. There are two handles on the door but only the top works and has a trick for opening, which wasn’t passed to us. Took 90 minutes to figure it out and the contact person wouldn’t answer my calls or text messages. But it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a small living room and kitchen, which is convenient when traveling with teens.

The worst.

Could not get checked in as they would not send us the codes to get in. Already took the money out of my account and refused us access. No one to talk at the property and No one answering the phone number on the reservation confirmation. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH TRYING TO GET A ROOM.

Unit itself was not bad, it could use some updating but smoke detector was hanging by the wires, trashcan full at check in and found roaches in one bathroom, luckily as we were leaving at checkout. The Enclave 1 building elevators were very unsafe, in need of repair and had expired inspections and only one working at a time. Hallways and lobby carpet were dirty and smelled like mold. One of the days the building had a repair shutting the water and A/C off all day. Laundry on 3rd floor was nasty. Parking was good and pool area was nice and well kept. Location to attractions and I-4 is very convenient.

Fit for a Family of 5

Stay was great, comfortable and felt safe. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. adequate parking, close to everything from restaurants, entertainment, shopping and Universal parks. Elevator was very slow while the 2nd was out of order. Didn't have time to visit the pool although it looked amazing from our balcony.
