We went for a long weekend trip, there were a few observations. This was our second time staying at this property. Right from the start we noticed the parking garage was fairly empty so we had a convenient spot close to the door. We got in around 6pm and there was no one at the front desk to greet us. I had to wait a few minutes to check in. Everything was good with the room, very clean. Cons of our stay: *No chairs on the balconies *Bins to drop dirty doggie bags were not changed during our whole stay, it was full. *There was no breakfast! there was a line of cranky guests because there was very little food for guest including coffee. *Fruits; bananas specifically were black, were sitting out our whole stay. *Garbage bins were not emptied during our 4 day stay on property. We enjoyed our first stay which is why we went a 2nd time but were a bit disappointed. Willing to give it another try at a later date.

Terrible rooms and bad service

My husband Went to check in with out son. They gave them a room which was occupied by another person. It could have been a disaster!!! There were people yelling at the front desk and the superviser said he would make it right but he didn't have the authority. The general manager Abby came in this morning and didn't offer any help basically make it seem like it wasn't a big deal. Basically "oops"! Do not stay in this place! Didn't even offer any percent off. No one was asking for a free night but being memorial day weekend getting another hotel last minute was terrible!!! And we have several pictures of everything!

Great time!

Myself along with 2 other families stayed during April. The hotel was upgrading their WiFi so it wasn’t the best but it forced us to interact more and have a great time. The pool wasn’t open but we found a great indoor pool spot 15 mins away that allowed you to bring food. The hotel accepted pets and we had 2 dogs and a cat. The hotel was clean and smelled great at all times. Many restaurants and stores were in walking distance. More than anything, the staff made our experience great. They were very accommodating and a pleasure at all times. Miguel Torres, Gabby Goodwin, John and Jay were a pleasure. We will be returning for sure!

Under Renovation

Another hotel undergoing renovations… We chose this hotel because of the free breakfast and the fact it’s pet friendly. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. He told us there was no housekeeping due to it being the off season. I did an initial walk through. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, as well as no fan. The beds were difficult for us to climb up on due to them being so high. They were also very stiff, and not enough pillows. The pullout bed was stained and very uncomfortable. We decided not to use it for safety reasons. We played video games, and they didn’t work. Overall it was a very disappointing stay.

I recently stayed from 4/9 to 4/13, This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel. The Staff is very welcoming ( Night Staff John and Manager Gabby Goodwin ) My main disappointment was having to bring my pillowcases which were dingy and stained ( i took photos but i dont see where i can upload ) down to the front desk. Gabby was apologetic and offered to accommodate with points, which im unsure to date was granted !! She did accommodate me with several beverages ( sodas). I seriously doubt that I will be returning and or referring any family and friends. I' d appreciate the opportunity to upload photos in the event someone can contact me . Thank you
