Hotel is aging and needs upgrades especially with the heating and air systems. Its looking like people live there and becoming run down looking and people were standing around the back doors at late hours during the night some just congregating and sometimes some were smoking and there was food bowls on the ground as if someone is feeding the outdoor cats and dogs. That whole back door scenary was a bad look especially where safet is concerned

The room was pretty small. That happens, but they wanted to put a recliner chair in along with the office chair and a desk but there was no room. So they put the chair against the wall next to the bed. I had to push the chair into the middle of this small room to have unimpeded access from the bed to the bathroom and the rest of the room. There was a coffee pad with the coffeemaker which got me a cup of coffee in the morning, but not the second day as there was no service. The front desk had no one there half the time I walked by. It was just beat.
