Great location for convenience in getting around. The staff was very helpful. Big bonus was that there was a full sized Starbucks on site! The hotel itself needs major updating and better lighting throughout. Brighter colors would be more inviting. The driveway should be redone. It is uneven and some damaged brick stones which made it dangerous to walk on, easy to trip and fall.

Most staff not friendly. Pool area had a very loud noise like being in a jet hanger coming from the HVAC unit with water constantly dripping in the pool. There is no telling what chemicals are going into the water.

Ruth Chris steakhouse almost next door was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all staff were friendly and professional. Pool was small and LOUD. The hot tub was filthy, with hairballs, and the jets were not working along with it wasn't up to temp. That was disappointing, because after walking in town we were really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub.

Only one issue, the bed in the room i was staying in (226) has a broken box spring, which makes the bed sag on 1 side. Front desk clerk was notified. Too his credit, he offered to switch my room. I declined since i had already unpacked.

Close to the highway

Hotel is decent and location is convenient. Quick check in. Rooms need some care. Bed was stiff (and we like firm beds). Not a lot of space in the room and the bathroom didn't have great lighting.
