All was fine except: the front desk rep wasn’t too friendly, our toilet wouldn’t stop running (handle on the tank was not working properly and I had to correct it 3 times), and the breakfast food keeps declining in taste (stay here often).

The property is nice and convenient to White Plains. The layout of the hotel is not conventional because it is built into a hill,but this was fine and the look and feel of the hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. My only difficulty with the hotel is that the breakfast bar had lower grade foods, such as paper thin bacon and eggs that did not appear to be real eggs. Just up your game in this area and the hotel would move to the next level.

We booked this hotel as it’s conveniently located to Sleepy Hollow and had a pool for the kids. The pool has odd hours of 2pm-10pm, and the pool area was filthy. The rooms are decent if you aren’t staying in them for long periods of time. Breakfast is included and there is a dunkin nearby. Would likely find other accommodations in the future.

Room was dated but clean. A few broken items in the room. Housekeeping checked on us everyday but before 9 am even on checkout day. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside besides the few broken items was our hallway (and only ours) reeked of weed the entire 3 days.

Overall, my spouse and I had a lovely stay here. Nice continental breakfast, clean and well furnished room, decently close to Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, where we were spending our time. My main complaints are that the bed pillows were completely flat and that the WiFi was so spotty and weak as to be unusable. I would stay again, but maybe with a WiFi hotspot and my own pillow.
