I had a reservation, but I showed up to check in and hotel told me they were overbooked and would not check me in; told me to call expedia, which I had used to book the reservation. No other hotels in the area except low-quality...so I had to drive an hour to find another hotel. and I am (now WAS) a long time Marriott rewards member.....not again.
