Booked last minute in an emergency situation. Initially booked at a competitor and waited in the lobby with a toddler for over an hour because the room wasn’t ready (then why did you advertise an available room?). Check in here took about 30 seconds. Got a parking space 20 feet from the entrance. Staff was extremely pleasant. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix was a nice surprise. Only down side was Italian Oven was closed for New Year’s Day, lol (I am a local… If you stay here definitely check out Italian Oven!). I do wish the menu for the Bistro was easier to locate. Would have ordered dinner there. I did pick up breakfast (french toast) for the baby in the morning and it was surprisingly delicious as I was expecting reheated Starbucks food. Overall a great short stay.
