Convenient location to an express stop on the 4 subway line makes for easy travel around the city. Clean hotel, with a small restaurant, which was busy on the weekend, inside. The breakfast options were limited to some bagels, muffins and cereal, along with some frozen breakfast sandwiches. The rooms are pretty small, but if you’re only planning to use it to sleep/shower you’ll be good. They have a tap for sparkling and flat water in the lobby and will provide reusable bottles to use, just be sure to ask for one at checkin, we were told they rarely have them in the morning.

Get more security for cars parked outside of your property especially if you know cars will get windows smashed out and property will be stolen. Add more lights to hallways so its so dark and glommy and creepy. Invest in the hotel instead of roiftop entertainment

We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. The neighborhood is iffy but the hotel is top notch and you can really see that the owners , managers and staff really care about their place . Rosas at Park is their In-house restaurant and everything we ate there was delicious. We loved the spinach salad with filet mignon and had it multiple times. It’s top-tier, once you get inside!

It should be known that this is a bad option for business travelers looking for a quiet hotel, without even a table to catch up on emails at the end of the day. There is an outside club/bar with a DJ that is extremely loud that can be heard clearly through the window until 10 pm. The lobby plays extremely loud music and seems to turn into a spontaneous dance party. The disinfectants/deodorants used in the facility is overwhelmingly strong, the room is tiny; very tight quarters, and the street/sidewalk area outside the front door is filthy and reeks of urine.

As a solo female traveler I felt safe and my room was clean. I loved the water dispenser by the elevators it was very convenient. The elevator could be annoying when trying to activate your key to get to your floor, it often took several tries. The breakfast was acceptable and area kept clean. Coffee was adequate. Housekeeping staff were amazing absolutely no complaints on cleanliness whatsoever.

Needed a place but never again

Room overlook the roof bar, music played all day!!! Loud and uncomfortable. Went to lobby to exit and Rosa's music as well. Needles on sidewalk outside entrance. When taking a shower water leaked all over floor not in bathroom but into room right next too bed.

This hotel was located in a very dirty, barren area of the Bronx. I contacted the hotel days before about my accommodations, was told I was to get certain rooms that I wanted as far as location, once I arrived, that did not happen. No responsibility was taken for any of the issues I encountered, front desk was very dismissive with an attitude that they did not care. Communication between all members of the front desk and how they communicate and resolve issues amongst themselves & clients was abhorrent! I almost missed my airline flight because the valet employee fell asleep in the garage and didn’t get out my car in time!! Employees should take a course in customer service and learn how to interact with the public better. I would never stay here again, even if it was complementary!
