I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was very clean, and the entire property was spotless and well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. It whole experience even better. The bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the shower had strong water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath. The mattress was amazing and the bed sheets had a very pleasant smell of lavender. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it if you plan to stay in Orange or RocklandCounty - NY.

Was greeted and taken care of well at check in and given a preference of which floor I’d like to stay on, room was clean a couple hair strand on the lounge sofa chair and no garbage bags in the trash bins, and bathroom was a bit cold but I come prepared for situations such as those and the only thing I didn’t like was the heater will only stay on when on high and cut off once switched to low. I’d stayed he a few times in the past it’s been a while I know last time I was on the ground floor in the winter time like this but the heating was poor so, over all I’m happy with my stay and comfortable.

Room was outdated, the showers weren’t working properly everything was leaking, the bed frame was ripped, the heater was making so much noise that I couldn’t fall asleep, and plus the workers at the reception weren’t too helpful with helping finding the room and instead gave the biggest attitude.

Overall my stay was parang, but the room was not spotless. A bathtub, or at least a handheld shower would be expected at a hotel of this caliber. Other than that, i have been here many times and always had a good experience.
