I was so excited to stay at this property to relax and enjoy the spa. That was not to happen. I can be to blame, but I thought with this being small boutique exclusive villas it would not be an issue booking the spa. I even inquired about the spa several days before my arrival about that retreat, and have an email response there was room. Upon check in, I was informed there was availability for a 30 minute spa session for my entire 3 nights I would be there. I was completely shocked. The staff was so sweet, and tried to accommodate me, but what was supposed to be a peaceful time full of ease, turned quickly into a stressful situation with a fuss over me. I felt awful for people going out of their way, when I just wanted to slip into the background, quietly. I am so grateful the staff understood my stress, and confusion to why there was no spa availability. I will note this stunning property is close to nothing, and is not walkable, so the spa is the attraction. My villa was gorgeous, but unfortunately I chose not to stay, and find other accommodations bc I could not justify the price to sit in my room, when the purpose to coming to a secluded property could not happen. Thank you to all the staff for their understanding, and consideration for the situation, and if ever in the area again, I will book (though the menu is not fully online) ALL spa sessions months in advance of arriving.

The property is located away from the main tourist area and extremely quiet except for the resident bird that occasionally kept us awake at night. Overall, still nice and relaxing. The staffs are friendly and accommodating to our needs including preparation of pre-ordered breakfast boxes for our early golf outings. The resort is environmental friendly and plastic free. It offers organic and healthy foods.

Resort worthy of 10 star for genuine hospitality

If I could give this resort 10 stars, I would do so with no hesitation. Hospitality was superb in so many ways. Staff went beyond call of duty and food was definitely fine dining. Awesome and Memorable. The GM says he wants to make this a home and not a workplace for his staff - KUDOS. We as guests felt very much like home too.

Serenity, vitality.... be prepared to be revived!

This resort is a true oasis. Set deep within the verdant hinterland of Nusa Dua, its location is far from the buzz and pace of the more populated tourist precincts. Geger Beach however is a short, low-trafficked drive away, or a peaceful bike ride, or stroll if you're up for the exercise.

A new standard in excellence.

This resort is perfection. Stylish, calm, bespoke, uplifting and nurturing. It is a new definition of luxury for me. It is a genuine in it’s brief to revive and rejuvenate ... in mind and body. 5 days here felt like 10. It is a place for the traveller who really wants to find a peaceful, kind moment in a hectic world.

A truly unique resort that focuses on wholistic wellness by providing personalised services with attention to detail we’ve not experienced anywhere else! Unlike larger resorts, this resort feels like your own private getaway - classes are well run, the food is delicious and wholesome, the spa treatments are professional and readily available, and the images of this spectacular venue do not do it justice - it is even more beautiful in the flesh!

我們選擇二間房的villa,住了七個晚上。villa 的空間很寬廣，環境安靜優雅，每個角落可靜坐看書，聽鳥鳴啾啾此起彼落，愉悅之情隨輕風吹拂。 晨起運動，信步踏著落葉，花草香味撲鼻而來，感官不斷開啓，心裡自然流露欣喜之情。 每天早上都參加瑜珈課，一小時的時間，在鳥聲、蟲鳴的陪伴中不知不覺渡過。瑜珈課後，胃口非常開放，天然有機的早餐料理，食用起來身心都舒暢，七天的餐飲都在飯店餐廳食用，開放式的餐廳，陽光迎著清風，鳥聲蟲鳴相伴，一口一口細嚐美麗的時光。 跟家人歡心享受了一週的假期，感謝飯店每一位員工，帶給我們如此美麗溫馨的回憶，謝謝你們。
