Disliked: Amenities
The hotel itself was fine and large. It was, however, noisy, with our room having the hallway and atrium on one side (where our little boy was sleeping) and the tram and street on the other. It was also disappointing that the hotel did not provide basic amenities like wifi (!!) for free, not to mention 24-hour coffee/tea, where other, much cheaper hotels do.

The embassy happy hour was weak compared to others I've been to. Popcorn and pretzels were the only option for snacks

Rooms were clean, staff was courteous, shuttle bus to MOA was convient, and the evening reception was awesome! Kids loved the pool & the elevators!
