Like: right at the beach centre, close to shops and rétuarants. Friendly staff. Do not like: lack of natural light, lack of soap-shampoo-conditioner. Bathroom too dark. Not enough ventilation.

We arrived about 9am not expecting to get into our room. But was available to us. Much appreciated. Hotel just off the main tourist road and no beach view. But that aside it is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Hard Rock Hotel about 500 yards away plus other food and shops etc, Good friendly and quick checkin process. Only negative thing was having to go to another service area once checkin process done to have a bit of a hard sell on Timeshare Accommodation. Takes a few things to get thru them not interested. Nice swimming pool and toilets etc at the rear of the hotel. Would stay again.

As usual one of the best places to stay at on the Northshore. The quiet, pool and experience is the best. My ohana enjoyed our stay. Mahalos.
