All future guests should be cautious with this hotel. We booked the 36th floor 3 queen bed reservation. Onsite the front desk told us Expedia only gave us the 12th floor, but he could upgrade us to the 33rd floor. He advised there's only 1 of these rooms available, and we'd have to decide immediately to secure that last room. We paid the upgrade. Upon realizing this issue, we dealt with the most unprofessional front desk Natalia as we are trying to get this corrected. Many guests have complained about the front desk scam. I wish I would have seen it sooner. Stay at the Casino Hotel instead.

This place is nice and clean, however, the elevators are very slow. They have have 5 elevators which can get to our floor. Somehow we need to wait about 5 mins to go up or down. The good thing is, they have staffs to keep the traffic going. Also, they separate the hot food , cold food and drink in the morning time for breakfast which would separate the crowd. Overall, its good.

I arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long flight, and the check-in process was swift and seamless, allowing me quick access to my room. The staff offered thoughtful recommendations for evening activities, including sites to see around the waterfalls, and their guidance was both helpful and informative for our family’s plans. The following morning, however, presented a significant challenge: the elevator line extended to roughly a 35-minute wait before we could reach the lobby and, consequently, breakfast. This raised safety concerns in the event of an emergency, as timely egress is essential. The breakfast itself was satisfactory, though it reminded me of a cafeteria from my elementary school days. On a positive note, I was fatigued from travel and appreciated the late checkout option. An offered upgrade enhanced my stay, and the room provided a satisfying experience with an excellent view of the waterfalls.
