We had a falls view room and were able to access an early check in. This was terrific. Well worth the upgrade to a Fallsview room with an opening window to get photos without reflections from glass. Spectacular views from our 18th floor room. Room was large and comfortable with 2 QB and spacious sitting area. Perfect location for all sightseeing. We had buffet breakfast - adequate, but nothing to rave about. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am which is very late and inconvenient for early risers or early departures. We had buffet dinner on 1 night. Again, not a wide range of food but cost was only $49pp. Indoor pool had limited hours of 8am-9pm. Would have preferred a 6am or 7am opening for exercise. Pool was very shallow 1.2 metre deep. Would recommend this hotel - I believe the pick of locations for Niagara Falls and quality accommodation.

The hotel itself is nice and good location. One star down as we didn’t get room for falls view. We booked through Expedia for falls view but we didn’t get it at the hotel when we checked in. They said call Expedia customer service to fix the issue. They can’t do anything. Don’t go to the buffet at falls at the hotel. Food is not good and too expensive. We have to pay extra fees to sit near the window to see the falls. The food was very disappointing, and not worth of even paying $10. They are charging $50 each person and the drink (Pepsi & kid’s orange juice ) not included in $50. I hope the Sheraton hotel should improve and do something about it. It’s bad.

1st time here with my family (family of 4 [2boys- 13 & 9] ) Everything was at walkable distance. We did so much from our stay Thursday-Sunday Stay. Food was ok a little pricey, but a mom of 2 boys that constantly eats i had to improvice thanks goodness for doordash. My boys had a blast at the outdoor pool. Drinks at the pool are great. Fire pit area was awesome. 10pm fireworks amazing view from the balcony.

Staff are useless. I called multiple times about our AC not working and they said “units can’t keep up with the heat” Checking in and out is a nightmare- huge wait w minimal staff. Elevators are impossible to get- they’re always full to the max. For the price you may, the service and amenities aren’t worth it.

Our stay was great! Amro our concierge was amazing and super helpful. Top of the line customer service. Highly recommend dealing with him. The only thing that we were disappointed by was the rooftop fireworks package. Big cashgrab!! The charcuterie was embarrassing and we could of watched the fireworks for free, 8ft back from where we were sitting

I booked through Expedia. The costs on Expedia covered the hotel stay and not the other 20 charges for parking 104.00 to park 2 nights and resort fees and other fees. They also charged me an extra occupation even thought the room is for only 4 people which I had booked for. What I thought I was paying and what I actually had to pay was over 300 dollars more in the end. Also, when I arrived, my reservation was cancelled because I didn't pay the deposit fee of 1000 dollars, on Expedia it offers pay now or at the hotel, I chose the hotel. I have done this before and never have I been asked to pay the deposit before arriving. This was not clear when purchasing on Expedia One last thing, for the price I paid, I was disgusted to see that the bed cover for the mattress was stained. I took a photo because I slept on that. Anyways this will be my last time booking at the Sheraton and Expedia.

The staff are very nice, the location is very convenient. We feel very relax during the time in the hotel. The only thing i think to be improved is the breakfast buffet, which we pay 110 dollars for two each day, but I don't think it was worth, and they need to charge extra for kids too.

Love the fact that most things was walking distance from property , customer service was text convenient and helpful , Starbucks was right downstairs that was amazing lol

Our room was clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom by the check in was FILTHY. They should have someone cleaning it at all time. It is important to add that the bathroom was not solely the hotel and was also opened to the general public.
