The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We required extra parking, and they were super helpful. Special thanks go out to Jules and Rob for their assistance. We loved the pool and the outdoor patio space. The suite was nice with a heart-shaped jacuzzi, and it had plenty of space. The only thing missing was a microwave. Walking to Clifton Hill was easy. We will stay there again as the property felt cozy and inviting. We didn't want to leave!

Hotel is in great area accessible to restaurants, casino's, falls etc, has a nice pool. Only issue a had which is not a biggie is every time we go they have no ice and tell me the ice machine broke down the other day and is out for service

Owner was present and very accessible. Motel was a nice stay for a night. Parking was easy on site. Pool was pristine. We walked to Clifton Hill (took about 15 minutes) but was direct. Rooms could use some updating, particularly bathroom area.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room early which made sightseeing very convenient. The room was large and newly renovated. Parking was included and handy. Our beds and pillows were great. Steps to the WEGO bus for attractions, but close enough to walk to Table Rock as well. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Niagara. This place is a hidden gem for the price point.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff is very nice. The location is quite convenient - it isn't the prettiest part of the town, but there are many restaurants nearby, and all main attractions are within 10-30 minute walk distance. The only thing I didn't like was the AC unit in the room - it worked fine, but it was extremely loud, and it was uncomfortable to sleep having it turned on.
