Check in was slow, 2 people in front of computers but only one helping guests. Had to pay for parking which I feel is a scam that most hotel in tourist area implement. Plus, having to pay for parking and not being able to find any stinks!! Room was clean, except for the bathroom.. lots of hair in the shower and left over soap from prior guests.

the lack of any housekeeping in the facility was disatisfying. 4 days stay (5 night) and not once was the room cleaned, only garbage removed from the room and on the 4th day we had to have it requested bc it was over flowing. They didnt remove dirty towels and certainly didnt stock up anything within the room. Felt dismissive and ignored from the customer standpoint. We had to call or go t the front desk to get everything from coffee to toilet paper. The mini fridge in the room froze EVERYTHING from drinks to food, spoiling our stay ins and forced us to eat out more. When mentioned at check out, the agent was rude to the fact that I hadnt notified them sooner but the damage of ruined food and drinks was already done. Whirlpool was tepid at best (a toddler could, and did go in the tub) Also, parking isnt $20....they tax you on it! An extra $15 it cost which is disgusting when they advertise outside that outsiders can park there for half the price ($10). Wont be staying here again.
