Staff were nice. I like that they have complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. The hotel is clean. Location is great. We had a room wth a balcony which was great for people watching. We have stayed here before and would go back.

The location is excellent. Everything including the falls is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and things to do in the area. The service was terrible. We asked several times for towels and toiletries and didn’t receive them until we physically went to the front desk and asked in person. The hotel is clean but there was a terrible odor in our room. It smelled moldy and like wet towels. I asked for air freshener because the odor was intolerable but never received it. I ended up hanging a car air freshener to disguise the odor but it did not help. There are many other hotels in the area. I would probably look into one of those next time.

So conveniently located to Clifton hills/the falls! You’re literally on the main strip, it was so nice! Pool is also really nice! We will 100% stay here again when we come back

Terrible, they have bed bugs and don’t seem to care about their guest. I was staying with my husband and my 3 kids and we were getting bit but didn’t thin anything of it until I found one. I need a refund m, I can’t believe we stayed with bed bugs, that is Distgusting do not stay here

Check in is 4pm which is fine however we should be able to use the facilities (pool) prior and we can NOT, check out is 11am which again is fine but we should be able to leave our vehicle parked for a few extra hours. We should have facilities for 24 hours and we do not! Other hotels are more accommodating.

Everything is walking distance and the car can stay at the parking lot (not free). The room we stayed at was clean and no signs of bugs. I just wished the small fridge would just chill and stop freezing all our stuff up.
