The property itself was relatively clean and reasonably priced. The location was very convenient as its close to most things to do in Niagara. Staff was friendly, efficient and informative. What I didnt want was that my parking ended as soo as I checked out so I couldnt even stay and have breakfast close by or walk down Clifftonhill a bit unless I paid $30 for the flat rate daily parking. Co sidering theres no longer cleaning services offered for anything stay under 2 nights and parking is an additional charge, I'm surprised they also charge you a resort fee. Either way I would still stay here again because the hotel was clean and the location is very convenient.

Pool, which is mostly for kids, has both indoor and outdoor options - pretty interesting feature. Having to pay for parking is annoying but they’re not hiding that. Rooms are large and hotel is in a good location. Some patrons weren’t really respecting the regulation about smoking right ay entrances and exits, but that’s probably less an issue with the hotel than it is a comment about the type of tourists who are common to this area.

Overall, a very disappointing experience terrible bathroom, dirty carpets. The pool was filthy. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this place.

We were 13 families that booked each room through Expedia. When we arrived to check in, staff at reception including the manager made it very obvious that they didn't like having group bookings with kids. It's confusing since it's Niagara. This is your demographic. So now 13 families plus their network is a guaranteed loss of business. The hallways wreaked of weed but they made it clear they were more annoyed with kids. So perhaps they are shifting their demographic. It's unfortunate because Niagara is typically dead in the winter. So again kids of business there. The rooms were clean but had a strong musty smell. They don't have enough air circulation.
