This property is close to all the attractions. We were offered to purchase a coupon for Denny’s upon arrival which turned out to be worthless in our group of 5 ppl. I do NOT recommend that coupon. We had to call for towels every day and the rooms could be serviced upon request on day 3 of the stay or incur $25 charge for more frequent requests.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel and there were both pros and cons. First the cons : •Beds uncomfortable and stiff •Booked 2 queen bed room which says sleeps 4 adults and was charged an extra $40 due to mistake on booking app. The app only had 2 adult guest scheduled for the room and I was advised at Check In I would be required to pay extra since there were 4 guest staying in the room.(not sure why as the room states the ability to sleep up to 4 adults )I personally will not stay here again due to this extra charge. Now the pros: Nearby to lots of restaurants and shops. Location was walking distance to Clifton hill.

The room had a stale odour and bugs flying around in room. Fruit flies maybe? The front desk person who checked me in was so rude. This is the second time I’ve had this person at check in and she’s not nice at all. Never mentioned it before but they are snotty. I’m a frequent guest at this hotel. For the price I always thought it was a great hotel but I’m just not enjoying the experience anymore and won’t be booking this hotel anymore I booked here specifically for their outdoor pool area and it was closed even though the weather was still in the high 20’s.
