Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was huge. We thought there was no plug sockets and USB sockets and then discovered them in the bases of the table lamps. Bus 104/204 and the wego buses all stop outside. Great location for all the major attractions. Good value hotel and also has a pool.

The room was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I was planning to use the Sauna, but it wasn't hot at all. It was impossible to get up to a good temperature with only a 30 min timer to activate the heating coil, which didn't heat up very much at all. The hotel shouldn't be advertising this amenity, I would have choosen to stay somewhere else more competitively priced without a 'Sauna'.

I always stay here when I go to the falls. I was happy with it but just a little depressed in the crappy bankets this time around. Also, the fire alarm kept going off. And word around the hotel that people were just pulling it.
