For the price of $650, I would never recommend.
Hotel was overpriced, but I booked anyways for the fallsview since it was for my parents. However, the bathroom wasn't clean, no free wifi and there was no direct way to Niagara fall unless you pay for little rail car (I don't know the name) for $7 each person. The store in lobby was also extremely overpriced. I have visited Niagara more than 10 times and stay several hotels and this was one of the worst hotel.

Amazingly gorgeous hotel, phenomenal staff and clean, clean, clean! This was our first time there as a family and we will not stay anywhere else when we go back! We were on the 24th floor. Fantastic job Embassy Suites! A++++

1. Room is outdated, bathroom is outdated and it is filthy, the shower door does not close properly, the exhaust fan sounds like an helicopter. 2. Beds are not comfortable, they make noise when we move, they are old. 3. Rooms don’t get cool enough even though we put the AC low. 4. Breakfast is bad, and worst you have to stand in line for almost 45 minutes to get into breakfast room. 5. We were asked to use one blue elevator to come to 16th floor, every time it takes 3 to 6 minutes. 6. Room cleaning was not done, later we were told it is done only if we stay 4 nights. This was not communicated during booking or neither check-in. When I paid $500 a night I expected my room to be cleaned every day. This should be added to your hotel description so we can decide the booking. 7. Finally I was told that they would not allow my Hilton honors membership as I booked through 3rd party, this was not the case before, not in US. 8. The off-site parking is pain, the onsite parking amount is outrageous, hotel should disclose parking information in booking details so we can make decision. These are hidden costs. 9. Overall the experience is bad, I will never book this hotel again.

On site Parking is way too expensive - park around the block for half the price. The complimentary breakfast is absolute chaos but food is decent. Price for room (2 queen beds plus separate sitting area) was also inflated and not worth it. Shop around before you book here.

View was amazing! Expensive, but the view was worth it. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Although I would NEVER stay here again because the wait for the elevators is crazy. We were on the 29th floor, and waited a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes for an elevator to stop on that floor!! Extremely frustrating!

I don’t think the room was properly cleaned. There was a hair brush left next to the bed. Be careful for extra charge they will offer room upgrade for exact room that you reserve. They charged me for same room they said it’s upgraded but it’s exactly what I reserved. They refused to refund the additional upgrade and said that the difference was the window size!
