Deceived from the moment I checked in. Stephano convinced me to pay another $500 to get a view with a giant curved window. Window was not as he said. Called for room service and could not place my order. Several attempts failed and was told by the front desk that I needed to go the the restaurant and place my order and then go back to pick it up. Why would I need to do that? That is not room service. When I ordered my food I was told that no one tried to call them when I had the front desk also try and the resturant that said they were at another location try and was unsuccessful.

Pros: Free breakfast, free drinks & snacks (1 drink per person per day) , very convenient to all attractions & inclines rail, view from the room ofcourse you have to pay for it, very quick response to any concerns. Cons: Expensive, dates rooms, Elevators are too slow can be a long wait during peak hours

Our stay at the Embassy Suites with the Falls view was excellent. The suite was very neat and spacious, which is great for a family. Location was outstanding, my really loved it.

Very close to everything and great amenities. I wish there wasn’t a cap on when you could redeem the free drinks especially during the weekday. Hours are limited to a 2 hr timeframe which was inconvenient. Great amenities and i love that the amenities’ hours are either open late or 24/7. Very convenient. Breakfast was good but it’s the same thing every day. Wish they added in some other options. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay.

Upgraded to a Falls view suite and it was a great decision with three littles! A lot of family-friendly amenities. The rooms were pristine, the pool area was spotless though the pool was freezing. The free breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. While this hotel is on the pricier side, it made for an awesome stay.

The room was incredible, great view, clean, refrigerator and coffee maker. The service was five star from the initial entry, registration and the staff friendliness, eager to help with directions and transportation options.
