Mill Street in was an excellent property to stay. Centrally located in downtown newport offering a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the water. Incredibly clean and the staff was so friendly. We will stay here again.

Exceptional boutique hotel. Friendly staff, delicious complimentary breakfast delivered to your room. Clean rooms, great amenities. Close to everything, walkable to Bowen’s wharf, quick bus to cliff walk. Highly recommend this cute quaint inn. It truly exceeded our expectations.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was a lovely touch and we enjoyed it on the roof deck, as well as the sangria or cucumber water in the afternoons. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore both the tourist areas and the more quiet local spots. The room was lovely, very clean and well maintained. Bedding was comfortable and the seating area was very cute. We loved this place and will certainly go back!

Rooms were clean and modern, parking was great to have, roof deck was a great place to hang out.minor issue was the room fridge not working and bathroom door not latching. Staff was great and helpful. The free sangria every day was a nice touch.And the breakfast was excellent delivered right on are preset time every morning. Will absolutely stay here again

I love the location and the parking. The bed was very comfortable and blackout shades were a plus. Bathroom is exceptionally small but it’s a trade off - I’d take location over a large bathroom. The welcome bag of snacks was a nice touch.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The little balcony did need to be swept and the cushions had definitely been out in the rain but I think that was due to it being in early May. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We definitely would stay again !!
