I find the room/stay a very good value. The location is convenient for my purpose of the trip - only a block and an half to the 6 train. Not sure what the facility fee was about - there is no pool, nor has anyone informed me a gym.

the warmth we received as soon as we walked into the Hotel. Front desk staff were friendly, personable and professional. The rooms were big, roomy and very clean. Area was very central to a lot of place and we were able to walk to a lot of it. Will definitely stay there again!
